The room looked much nicer than the online pictures indicated. The room service cleaned daily, which I REALLY appreciated. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke English well. The hotel is very close to train stations, a GREAT convenience.
The WiFi required frequent email logins, slightly annoying.

Breakfast offered a good price-to-quality ratio, a nice surprise. Several food choices are available near public transportation, so finding something to eat was never a problem. I found a local restaurant I really enjoyed.

The front desk staff was helpful, especially the young gentleman on the night shift. He gave useful advice about the transportation system. The staff does everything possible to provide a pleasant stay, I noticed.

The hotel is well-kept and clean. The rooms are comfortable. Acoustic glazing on the windows works well, the rooms remain quiet. This feature contributed to a more restful experience. I slept well.
